Payplan review

Hi

Am after some advice, I am due my Payplan review and this year they are asking for copies of payslips and bank statements, this is something they have never asked for before.

At the moment I pay off a fair amount each month but have some surplus left at the end of the month and am saving this with the intention of being able to offer full and final settlements.

Obviously Payplan will see if have leftover cash and, I assume, will want me to put this towards my debts. Is there any way around this?

Thanks.

I have been with Payplan , for almost 4 years . My next review is due February . I don't think it's anything to be alarmed about .
Just have your latest payslip to hand. If you have done overtime etc. then have those payslips handy as well .
You should also have your home insurance / mortgage / council tax statements to hand. Unless it's changed , you just get asked how much hilly spend on those things plus the usual. You shouldn't have to send anything off. What normally happens for me , is they weigh everything up and see if you can increase payments .,I increased mine by an extra £2 something or other .its pretty much the same as an s o a on here
    Hope this helps

    Hi,
This gets asked on here on a regular basis, best advice is to make your budget fit your income, the cost of living rises all the time, just add a few extra pounds here, few extra there.

When Alls said an done, it's an informal arrangement you have, no one can make you pay any more that you want to.

  • I normally just make my budget fit and have kept the payment the same for 5 years even though wages and bills have fluctuated. I just happened to notice on this email they say to send the documents off. If this isn't the case then I will continue to just make the budget fit to suit, I just wondered if it was a new thing which might cause me problems.
