IPSOS I-SAY Technical Error?

Every time I complete a survey, I just get a technical error page. Every time I try to log in, I get the same- no matter which browser. I re-set my password because I thought that might be the problem, but it still a technical error page! I was almost at the point of being able to redeem- is anyone else having the same problem? This has happened before, but they never seem to resolve it for long.

I get this problem quite often with I-SAY, but to be honest I haven't done anything about it, as I reckon the points still go on. I haven't noticed any surveys being uncredited, although it does mean you have to wait for an error-free day to claim your rewards!

I totally agree with the above post, you do appear to experience frequent technical issues with I-SAY, however fortunately it does not seem to affect the crediting of your points, or least it has not in my case. Hope the issues will resolve themselves soon.

I have got this as well, it seems to come and go, just trying to find a day when its not an error,
I tried incognito and that didn't work either. Hopefully they'll fix soon
