MySurvey/GTM server issues

Just wondered if anyone else is having problems accessing the MySurvey and Global Test Market sites at the moment. I keep finding that the GTM site won't load at all and MySurvey will let me sign in, but when I go to do a survey I get an 'oops....this is embarrassing' message about the server being too busy. I've been noticing these issues on and off for a couple of weeks now.

Just logged in fine to GTM. I'm not on My Survey but heard others having issues too.

MySurvey I get the oops this is embarassing message now and again, I find when I click to login again it sometimes lets me.

GTM I've given up on it keeps saying please enter valid email and password, and it is correct, they replied to my email saying the problems were sorted and they're not.
I tried deleting cookies etc, incognito and different browsers to no luck, so I do their surveys for far less on other sites.
