The prize give away consists of the following; return economy class flights from a UK airport to New York, 4 nights’ accommodation in a 4 Star rating hotel on a room only basis and return overseas transfers. Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a twin or double room. The prize excludes departures over Christmas, the New Year and all UK bank holiday weekends. These dates being; departures from the 19th December 15 to the 2nd January 16, 25th to 27th March 16, 29th and30th April 16, 1st May 16, 27th to 29th May 16, 26th to 28th August 16 and the 16th to the 31st December 16. All other dates are subject to availability. From the date of being awarded the prize, the featured holiday must be taken within twelve months and must be confirmed within three months of the winner being notified or the prize will be withdrawn. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that all travelers have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visa for their trip. The prize-winner and guest are responsible for their ESTA visas, this includes the cost. Once the booking has been confirmed, any alteration to the booking will incur administrative charges, payable by the holiday prize winner. Prize excludes: Any departure/arrival taxes, these are to be paid by the winner. Ground transfers to and from the UK airport, excursions, attractions, treatments and car hire, travel insurance, spending money and any other personal expenses, visas and vaccinations.
