I want to buy two items from Amazon, but as open box .
Having selected the items and chosen free delivery, the price came up as the actual total, plus p&p, minus a discount equivalent to the p&p plus 10% of the items cost.
Panicking, in case I had inadvertently ordered a service I didn't want, I went back a page only to find that one of my items had sold out.
I expect the item to be back on open box offer as it has already reappeared after selling out yesterday, so to enable me to order quickly,next time, could anyone give details of the apparent 10% offer whose details I can't find, please ?
