Agency non-payment

I did a couple of days work in a warehouse around early October. About a week later the agency paid me for just 1 hour. No email wageslip received.
My hours at the warehouse were clocked on a manual card printer machine thingy. I also signed in at the gates on arrival and leaving. But i have nothing to prove the hours i worked there.
Ive been in touch with the agency only twice since leaving the job. They gave me excuses over the phone. Not in a rude way. But i can tell they ask for my name, the phone goes silent for a few seconds while they ask each other and then "we are still processing it, they need to send your hours through" etc.
Last contact made by myself was about 3 weeks ago. Its now been over a month and they still havent paid. So im not sure how to proceed or where i stand with this. Any suggestions? Thanks

Letter Before Action followed by Small Claims Court. It would be worth trying to get hold of the records of your hours worked at the warehouse, I'm not sure if a Subject Access Request applies in this situation.0

Can't speak for this employer but at my company all agency workers must complete a timesheet and get it signed and authorised by their supervisor. They then send this timesheet to their agency who bill the company for the signed off hours worked by the employee employee. No timesheet = no payment. Its amazing how these banks can't even do simple calculations correctly..............0
