When you have to take lessons in politics from Len McCluskey things are really bad.

The Unions have totally shot themselves in the foot. Corbyn isn't even capable of being a puppet.

Watch for 2 things in the Autumn statement;he will abandon his plan for a £10 billion surplus by 2020.

Also atm local authorities can only increase council tax by 2%,they will be allowed another 2% on top of that.

A third less likely option will be to impose National Insurance unto the age of 70.

I can certainly see pension relief changing to a flat-rate relief (be it 20% or 30% - the latter being a LibDem proposal from memory).

Those of us who are using pension contributions as a way of avoiding the Child Benefit claw back should make the most of it while we still can!

I think pension relief for the middle earners (we are every govt easy target)

    Salary sacrifice

    Tax credits above NMW

    Housing benefit

Also agree abandon the plan and council tax.

I would really welcome some fat & sugar taxes.

Or maybe just slap VAT on all food....

.....obese people should be paying more to cover the extra costs to the NHS....

    .....imho

Of course, this won't happen but it should....

    Ridiculous suggestion.

    Problem? Tax it.

    Lazy politics.
  • A 10% tax on incomes of religious institutions.
    churches, mosques, etc.

    OK wishful thinking.

I pay enough at the turnstiles already.
  • We should tax everything I don't like. That way it won't effect me.

Also I should pay less tax.
Left is never right but I always am.
