I have also got my first ever email from "spamarrest" regarding this comp entry.
After a bit of research it appears to be OK to complete the verification process.
For my own part, after reading the legal gobbledegook, I have decided to trash the email.
If they are so worried about email spam the bakery company should run the comp from directly off their website using captcha's or other verification methods.0
