Agency won't pay me

I was with a modelling agency and my ex agent sent me on an acting job in May. I sent an invoice to him for the job on June 3rd 2015 and according to him it takes 90 working days to get paid. It's been well past 90 working days and he still hasn't paid me. He's not giving me any reason to why he hasn't paid me. I keep emailing him and he emailed me back saying that he will not reply to me because I have sent too many emails (ludicrous, right?). I know the production company have paid him because the film has been released. The total amount is £226.00. I even included a 25% commission rate for him. The money was due 07/10/15 (in accordance to his 90 working day rule).
He's not replying back to emails and I really need the money for rent (I'm a poor medical student!!)
What shall I do?? Any advice? Please help!
