- The prize draw is open to all persons aged 13 years or over, irrespective of the place they reside except that (a) employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated without administration of the prize draw may not enter; and (b) if the prize winner resides in a country other than one listed in clause 7 below the winner, or a nominated adult if necessary, will be required to collect the car from one of the countries listed.

- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

- Closing date for entry will be midnight G.M.T. on 08 January 2016. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Please note that the promoter reserves the right to change this closing date but will provide notice to all entrants if such a change is made.

- The prizes for each winner are as follows:
First Prize: brand new and unregistered (or registered in winner name) Fiat 500. The winner must collect the car or be available for delivery of the car within one of the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Greece, Hungary, *India (*where an alternative car, the Fiat Punto, will be provided), Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Panama, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom, and the United States of America;
Additional Runners Up prizes may be awarded but only at the sole discretion of the organisers.

- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
