Advice I've had on CVs is to avoid using "I". Personally I find that really annoying when I'm writing about myself. Wording things without using "I" can make things sound really daft. I get them not wanting to see "I" like 50 times in 5 sentences, but some say not to use it more than once, if that.
Some people do write in third person about themselves, but then to me that looks like they're bragging about themselves pretending to be someone else.
I'm not a recruiter or employer, but I'd prefer to write and see CVs in first person.0
