Duff advice from removal firm, now they're fully booked...

Because it's all a complete lie. I'm 14 and don't even own a house.
Not sure why I'm bothering, but here goes:
I told them the likely date and asked if I should book. No, he said, wait until you've exchanged otherwise I could be charged a cancellation fee if anything goes wrong.
Today, we exchanged. So I rang him. It rang and rang and rang and rang and then someone else answered (not the guy I was expecting).
I said "Hi, you quoted me and now I want to book"
"It's very busy mate," he said "what's the date?"
"14th" I said.
"No, fully booked. Sorry."
"Oh," I said "Goodbye.
Then I emailed the original guy saying I was a bit suprised to learn he was now booked.
He then rang me saying he was away from the phone and, as no-one aswered at my local branch, the call got routed to another branch - it was that branch that was fully booked.
So he booked-in the date. Then I came on here to try and delete the thread, but I couldn't.
Really, really, really simple. Like me.
But the fact is that you never gave them a date when you first contacted them 2 months ago. You said that yourself. The firm didn't TAKE a date, so it could not have been booked.
You said you contacted them and asked if you could book for when you roughly know you're going to move.
But the guy at the removal firm said"Thanks for letting me know, I suggest you wait until you have a date, otherwise you may be charged a cancellation fee. Ring the office when you have a date."
So you said you never agreed a date.
And now this afternoon, you confirmed that you never agreed a date by saying you rang this afternoon to GIVE them the date. (But they were fully booked...) This is what you said.....
We exchanged today, I called to give them the date and they're fully booked. Turns out I should've returned the quote acceptance regardless in order to lay some sort of stake on the date.
And then less than an hour later, you said 'oh I just found out they have me booked now.'
Can you not see that what you're saying doesn't add up?
Seems like you posted this thread to complain about this firm who you wanted to use being fully booked, and then when people started to be a bit shirty and say 'serves you right for being nasty in an earlier thread,' you came back straight away to say 'actually I AM booked now, so there!' (When in actual fact you're not, and are still without a removal firm.)
Of course I could be wrong.
But I don't think I am..................
Over and out.(•_•)

Ok, I admit it. I was lying. They are fully booked and I'm left without the removal firm I'd originally decided upon. So I came on here to vent.
And then people started being nasty. So, so nasty. And there I was thinking the bullies at primary school were bad, but I never counted upon the big nasties on this forum getting their teeth into me.
So I lied. I lied about everything. And you found me out. I'm not sure how I'll ever live with this.
I just hope I don't see any of you in the pub tonight. The embarrassment would be too much. And if my Mum finds out...0
