Is anyone else experiencing delays in delivery of the Ciate Nail Varnish offer?

I ordered a Ciate Advent Calendar on 16th, through MSE deal. Just rung them to be told T&C's state can take upto 14days to deliver. Lady said might be dispatched Next MONDAY !!!! I said its an advent calendar. December 1st is Tuesday. Yes now I note the T&Cs!!!!

I ordered on the 12th November. And still nothing. I'm with newtonflotman, its an advent calendar, so surely needs to arrive by today!

14 working days would have me expecting delivery tomorrow, the 14th working day..... fingers crossed.....

Same situation here, I ordered on the 16th and it hasn't arrived. I'm a bit annoyed as I wanted it as a nice surprise for my wife.

I did email them yesterday asking them to cancel the order and they said it was in transit.

1st DECEMBER still no Advent Calendar, bought from them before but now the've lost my business. 15 days so far I've waited!!!!Anyone received theirs? Seems some companies are promising lots to MSE in offers then failing to deliver (sorry for the pun!).

The order arrived on 30 November

But the story continues ...... my credit card bill arrived and I have been charged £49 despite order confirmation of £25. I will be tweeting again to see what they say Not impressed Grrrrrrrrr

Mine actually turned up on the evening of the 1st, so just snuck in with enough time! Hope everybodys turns up!

I never had a response to my email asking where it was though..
