Does anyone know how easy the process is informing the OR that you have left a job due to sickness and moved onto benefits?

Hi Jason
It should be as easy as picking up the phone and contacting your OR's office to let them know. Unlikely to require any form-filling as such, but they might ask you to forward a copy of your benefit award letter for confirmation.
