none?????? I need to be able to buy hot cooked pure meat in this country!!! Is this SO hard??? I want to buy it outside 11am-1pm, because NORMAL people CAN eat OTHER times than these typical british eat times!!!! I could buy ANY hot cooked meat!!!!

no wonder diabetes in this country is huge, this place is a CARB FEST! everything is stucked with carbs, even ribs with extremely sweet bbq sauce!!!!

The rate of sales outside those hours cannot justify keeping the hot food counter open. If food is not sold it must be destroyed. If nobody purchased hot food from 3pm in the afternoon to 9am in the morning a lot of food would be going to waste. Therefore the freshest food is available usually beginning from about 9am to 3pm with the widest selection as you say between 11am and 1pm.

You have the option of 24/7 takeaway outlets and you can ask for the product to be prepared without carbs.

We have a local kebab shop open until the early hours that does proper meat on a skewer...not the large lump of unknown meat which is shaved but I mean proper identifiable meat pieces that are grilled. You can ask for that to be put in a tray without the naan bread.

Everything in moderation. So a burger in a bun isn't a "carb fest", as it contains a sensible portion of both. If you have fries with it then they are high in fat and carbohydrates so maybe skip the fries. Think of the food pyramid, we should be eating mainly carbs with a small amount protein and a smaller amount of fat.

    Also most meatballs contain breadcrumbs.

But if you want cooked cold meatballs to heat yourself, most supermarkets stock the Scan brand of Swedish meatballs.

Perhaps you'd be better off cooking your own food, if you cannot adjust to "typical British times".

While you seem to be over-reacting somewhat, I understand your sentiment. It can be incredibly difficult to find food on the go if you don't want sandwiches, pasties etc.

How about roast chicken from supermarket cooked chicken counters, Carveries, plain cooked meat and salad, or take your own from home in a food flask?

Calm down? It's only meatballs. As others have said, can you not make your own? Have access to a microwave? Why not a chicken from a hot counter? They're available outside these times?

Not everything is "stucked" with carbs. Make your own and avoid the situation.
