Christmas Presents For a Sack for 21 old Male

Hi can anybody help with ideas for cheap fillers that are not tat or bulky items to put in a Christmas sack for my brother. He is 21 Works in IT, Owns a car, Spends a lot of time of his computer and phone spends a lot of time out of the house with his mates and he also likes gadgets and his bike. I do not want to spend more than about £20 on it . I have already made a sweet tree made from his favourite sweets. Any Ideas would be appreciated !
