unfair treatment? advice please

I have been at my current job for a couple of years and believe I am happy with the job and getting along with my colleagues and line supervisor. but one thing I found about at work today really annoyed me ( mostly annoyed with myself as I am not sure what to do).
Back in September myself and one of my colleagues all changed our work hours from 3 full days to 5 short days to fit into the school run. I requested to cut my lunch break from 1 hour to half hour so I can leave half hour early, which really helps if traffic is not good. Supervisor said NO and reason she gave was: everybody has 1 hour unpaid lunch break, it is not fair that to let you have only half hour unpaid lunch break.
today I found out my colleague, who is in similar job role as mine, is currently only taking half hour lunch break every day. She told everybody it loudly and clearly when we were having a team meeting, and my supervisor was sitting next me!
Now I need some advice on what to do:
1, forget about it, and pretend nothing happened ( and feeling stress being treated unfairly)
2 talk to supervisor about feeling treated unfairly ( she may deny it with some excuses)
3. do nothing at the moment, wait for a few more months and request to cut my lunch break to half hour. if she refuse again, I can mention my colleague's case?
4 your wise advice please
many thanks

Have you made a formal request for flexible working? (Google "flexible working")
Your difficulty is that, whilst everyone has a right to request, employer can refuse if it does not fit with business need.
It is also right to say that if an employer has granted such a request to another member of staff, that does not mean they have to grant it in another similar case if they determine that they need the coverage during the half hour at the end of the day having already been a bit short staffed because the previous request has been granted.
You will, of course, feel hard done by but that does not make it "unfair".0
