Praise (Clas Ohlson)

Unusual for me to praise a company, but here I am.
I made a first order from Clas Ohlson on Thursday night last week, they had an offer on for free delivery.
Order arrived on Tuesday in a right state, the box was split open, bashed and taped in parts. I presume it was not sent out in that state.
(Parcel Force)
I took pictures before opening and then found 4 of the 10 items were damaged inside.
I emailed them late Tuesday afternoon and had a reply today that I thougth was how companies should deal with these things.
They are sending out the replacements and asked me if I wanted the broken ones collected or could I dispose of them.
As yesterday was bin day there was no issur dropping them into the recycling one.
Replacements expected tomorrow but im not in a rush, only ordered 10 as a why not at £1.99 each. £3 each in Wilko's.
Just how it should be dealt with? "Compensayshun" didn't even enter my mind. Maybe ££££ for the shock that a company seem to have good customer service?

Well, I just visited the St Albans Clas Ohlson for the first time today and they were selling a bluetooth usb dongle for £18.99. The pound shop nearby had a similar one for £1 so on that example they're flipping expensive!0

Similar one not the same one. £1 shop may have a batch from where that couldnt sell them. They have stuff in like that sometimes.
These were folding storage baskets 32L £1.99, the replacements arrived the next day. Only ordered because of the free delivery. Same price as a local store, but they do not always have them in stock.
No stores close to me, one did open approx 40 minutes away but it seems they closed that one.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
