Anyone not been paid by pure profile?

Hi, I have been a member of pure profile surveys for way too long and promised that once I got to the £25 minimum that they say they pay out on, I would leave. This is because it takes YEARS to get to the £25. Well in September, I reached the minimum and applied for the redemption. I was told I would be paid by November 9th. When that didn't happen I emailed them and it said that I should give their customer service department 2 business days to get back to me. What a joke. I have now sent 4 emails and have not had a single reply. Going on their Facebook page it seems many others have suffered same fate. I am not sure who to complain to- office of fair trading? I have no idea but they are not paying for services given and that can't be right.

Hi
You should have been paid by now. It took about 5 weeks to receive my payment. After, I cancelled my membership.

Been trying for a week now to get into my pureprofile account. I can log into the site, but when I try to get into my account, it asks for my postcode.
When I enter my postcode it doesn't submit. Looked on their facebook page, but I all I get is a blank page.
Think I will try twitter.0 -

I have just had a look and I can still get in my account, attempted a survey didn't qualify but got 5p.0

So they are still active then.
At last, managed to get into my account.0 -
Definitely still active, been screened out on 2 of their surveys today but got the 5p for each.
I too have been a member for years, but stuck on just under £11 I don't know if I'll ever reach payout level. I really dislike their site since the redesign, all that crap on the feed! I just want the surveys, I couldn't care less how many people have a coffee as soon as they wake up!:female:Boosting my income each month from surveys, focus groups & cashback:

Only just read your message and am having similar problems. My money should have been in my account in January but I'm still waiting. I've emailed several times and have been given a variety of excuses.
I do quite a lot of online surveys and have no problems elsewhere.0
