Exchange Services on Android

I am trying to remove Exchange Services on my Galaxy S4 - To try to get the battery to last longer (it was charged 100% 2 hours ago and is down to 45% now !!)
I believe that Exchange Services was added when I installed Outlook - but now I have removed Outlook - exchange services is still there and I can't see how to remove it - it doesn't appear in my program list..
Any advice welcome
I don't particularly want to "reset" the phone

Settings Application Manager .
Exchange services has always been on the phone from new .0 -
Exchange services will only be working when you have an exchange account active.0

Is it actually showing as using that much battery? I have it installed on my Note 4 and also unused but it isn't even on the list for applications that have used a chunk of the battery.

That may not be down the exchange services, could be other programmes or a failing battery. When you look under the battery settings, it'll tell you what's using the most power (probably screen first, and working down...). I know, for instance, that one game I sometimes play uses 38% of my battery every hour!0

Is it actually showing as using that much battery?Yes it does - I charged the phone to 100% this morning and by 13:00 - it was down to 28%
I'm not sure you're grasped the question ... is it actually showing that Exchange Services has used that much battery? (Settings | Battery ... the items using power are showed with the biggest culprit first. In my case it is Google Services).0 -
I posted a thread not so long ago about battery usage (Particularly on Samsung) you might find useful
