Marks and Spencer Beauty Advent Calendar now available

I've added it to bag along with beauty item for £25 but it is not reducing price of advent item to £25. Asking me to pay £225! Any ideas where I'm going wrong? Do I need a code? Thanks in advance.

It's the same for me. I've just added several items to my basket, and it has taken off the 3for2 offer that I chose. It also stated that the advent calendar was £25 if you spend £25 on beauty, which I did. The total came to £235 though - so it didn't reduce the cost of the calendar.

Any help please anyone?

Before the offer yesterday the calendar was on sale for £200, so it might have gone back to that.

I think the issue is that until they re-tag the products that benefit from the offer, the offer won't kick in. When it was on offer yesterday the products all had the offer tagged so there would be a relationship between those purchased and the advent calendar at checkout stage - until this is done, no offer :-(

Have spoken to M&S and even though many of us have it in our basket online and they have changed the offer to beauty only which makes it appear a valid promo, they are saying its sold out and is a system error! Apparently IT are working to fix it! Typical M&S online, not having a clue about good service or product/IT marketing

Well, I have ordered and paid £225 for the calendar and £25 worth of beauty products, phoned m and s and they have credited me the overcharge of £175!

I can still add to basket and get to checkout without any mention of it being out of stock..... maybe only a certain amount were available at £25
