It's wrong in the basis of additional information in post #3, I'm not a mind reader so I worked on the situation that would apply to most people, but with the caveat that there are exceptions. If the OP wants definitive answers then let them pay a tax adviser to provide them.
With respect (and please don't take offence), post #2 was wrong based on the data in the OP, not just post #3. I wouldn't try and tell someone about transfer pricing, Oil Petroleum Tax or VAT, as they're not my areas of expertise. Similarly, you should you have added your comments at post #2, as they could have caused a lot of problems. As Alexander Pope put it: 'A little knowledge is a dangerous thing'!
