Hi
Does anyone know if there are any lenders who would consider one year accounts for a 90%ltv self employed mortgage? If there are any brokers or anyone who is aware whether there are any such self employed mortgages available? I understand that details may not be able to be posted online but would like to know if there are any such mortgages available it would save a lot of time and wondering.
Thanks

Don't expect the best interest rates on the best buy tables, but if you got a good broker it should get you close enough depending on circumstances"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

You're type of self employment can make a difference here so might be worthwhile posting. For instance a self employed contractor might have income requirements on a day rate. Sole traders and directors of LTD companies are technically 2 different classes of people so may vary who you go to for a mortgage.
