WTC follow on?

Started JSA and informed everybody, but still kept getting WTC.
I wrote to them again and asked for confirmation that I had informed them I had stpped working and why was I still getting WTC, they said you still get it for a few week follow on peroid.
That is great, but I didnt get full JSA those week because of the WTC still comming into my account.
Can I get a back payment of JSA now the WTC has finally stopped.
