Mark Group Administration / Creation loan
Options
Help!
Last year OCT 14, I took out a 0% loan through Mark Group / creation finance for a boiler instillation, including 5 years worth of servicing to maintain warranty until the finance had been paid off.
Subsequently, I have not received my service as agreed in my initial contract, and so cancelled my direct debit. It turns out that Mark Group have since gone into administration. I was advised by the administrators to contact the boiler manufacturers direct. Something I have done and since paid out for a boiler service through them.
Creation Finance have sent me letters and encouraged me to continue paying for my agreement/loan.
Where do I stand? surely I don't have to pay for a service I haven't received. What do I have to pay for , if anything? And what should I be asking for in terms of compensation/negotiation?
Thanks in advance

You probably haven't finished paying for the boiler yet so I wouldn't try and push the servicing that you think you have lost out on.0
