"Robert Peston Goes Shopping"

I too dislike shopping unless I absolutely have to.The thought of trailing around shops just doesn't appeal at all.If I have to buy anything I search online ,find the best deal then go and look at it If its what I want then its bought and I'm out and on the way home asap.Food shopping I try to do now in two trips a month and I am just about happy to do that, although I do put it off for a day or two if I can I was due to go today but I am off to the cinema instead with my friend to see The Lady with the Van, much more interesting.I'll probably go on my second food shop this month on Wednesday I have enough to tide me over in storeage until then.Even then I will be in and out of Aldi's or Lidls in under half an hour as I always have a list of essentials thing to buy that I have perhaps run out of or need.I am not a browser, or impulse buyer at all0

Again tonight's programme very good.
About addiction: I love shopping but due to budgetary limits have had to restrict it to Aldi and Charity shops only.0 -
Really interesting piece in this programme about Next - I used to go to the Next sales from late 1980's used to get all my work suits and stuff from them. Still have a couple of pieces and boy did their stuff last.
I stil like going shopping but I don't have the real need for clothes shopping like I did and I tend to go first thing in the morning as i hate flipping crowds. I still love shopping around the summer sales and also the post Christmas sales as well.
Also remembered the Ikea advert as well! Some interesting throw backs! Next week seems to look towards the 2008 credit crunch crash!Cat, Dogs and the Horses are our fag and beer money:beer:
