Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and via post at 10.00 a.m. on Monday 14 December 2015.
Up to 37 entries per phone number. Maximum 39 entries per person, per entry method (Postal/Text/Phone).
The winner must be a UK resident, aged 18 years or over.
Each call costs £1.50, plus your network access charge.
Text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

This element of the Prize consists of a fourteen-night (14) trip to Australia for the winner and three companions. The Prize includes:

return economy flights from London Heathrow, Manchester Airport or Edinburgh Airport to Sydney, Australia (flights to go via one stop in Abu Dhabi Airport) for the winner and three companions; (the “Original Flights”);
one way internal flight from Sydney to Brisbane Airport for the winner and three companions (including one item of hold luggage per person (max 20kg));
one way internal flight from Brisbane to Ayers Rock Airport for the winner and three companions (including one item of hold luggage per person (max 20kg)); and
one way internal flight from Ayers Rock Airport to Sydney Airport for the winner and three companions (including one item of hold luggage per person (max 20kg)).
The following hotel accommodation (subject to availability at the time of booking – alternatives may be offered dependent on availability) for the winner and three companions (based on four adults sharing two twin/double rooms or a family of four sharing a family room (a family of four consists of two adults and two children under the age of twelve on the date of travel)):
six nights stay at the five star Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour on a bed and breakfast basis;
six nights stay at the five star Palazzo Versace on the Gold Coast on a bed and breakfast basis; and

The following transfers between the arrival airports and hotels:

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid debit/credit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the Hotels for security deposit purposes.
The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation for entry into Australia.
The prize excludes ground transport between the London airport and the winner’s (and/or their companions’) home address, ground transport in Australia (except as stated above), meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions and attractions (other than those specified above), treatments, car hire, personal expenses, taxes (including without limit national and local taxes) and visas and vaccinations.
The Prize must be booked and taken up before 30th November 2016 and cannot be taken on the following dates:
11 December 2015 to 27 January 2016 (inclusive); or
11 February 2016 to 18 February 2016 (inclusive); or
25 March 2016 to 15 April 2016 (inclusive); or
any UK bank holidays
Travel insurance will be supplied before departure to the winner and their companion(s) with no pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and/or for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion(s) are aged 75 or over.
This element of the Prize is subject to schedule and availability at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the Prize on the relevant dates. The trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days in advance of travel.
All prizes including flights are non-changeable, non-refundable and non-transferable and all elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
