Quick question on post bankruptcy bank account

Hi everyone
I've received so much from people on this forum by looking at other posts but I am confused by one thing.
I am helping a family member prepare papers for bankruptcy.
Do I put the bank account opened for post bankruptcy (Co Op Cash minder ) on the statement of affairs? And if I do how do I stop the official receiver from closing it, could I put a note on somewhere? The family member is panicking about their pension and I'm really not sure what to do.
I'd just like to thank the members of this board as well, although I've never posted before so I've never spoke to you all, you've helped me so much and made an awful time not as frightening.

Yes, you list that account in Q5.4, and tick that their regular income is to be paid into that account.
The OR should know that it's a basic account and will tell the bank that they have no interest in it.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
