Specky four eyes £10 deal - anyone else had problems?

I duly placed an order for the £10 MSE deal last month. Received a confirmation email, but then another one informing me that my order had been flagged as potentially fraudulent and they needed further contact from me and from the card issuer. Have contacted them many times since, but with no success. I now find that they took the money from my card on the date of the order, so why is it still potentially fraudulent when a month later they still have my money? Anyone else had any problems with this deal? Can't find any customer service complaint contact on their website, so am reduced to sending them emails which are ignored. Wish I did Twitter so I could post a public complaint there!
