Hello
I've purchased tickets for travel on 14th & 15th December to London for a family of 4 using friends and family railcard. However, we are not going to be able to travel now. Is there anyway I can get a refund as it seems unfair if I cancel and then they resell the tickets and make double the money!

If you want to change the date it will cost you a fee of £10 per ticket.
Of course it may not be worth it.0 -
Why does anyone book through TheTrainline anyway? They charge a booking fee for the same tickets available through any of the rail companies' website at the same price. They even all use the same database. I guess someone has to pay for their advertising.
On the original point from the OP Advance tickets are cheaper precisely because they are not flexible, hence the £10 change fee.0
