Has anyone found the Post Office offer for adding to additional cards please or has it reached its quota/only on main Amex accounts?

    Many thanks

OK I'll refine my answer, it was available online (if you had an a/c online) for supplementaries on Amex Amex cards (ie BA, Amex themselves). It never appeared on Cardmember Offers.

For bank issued Amex cards (MBNA, Lloyds, TSB, Barclays etc) it was available for supplementaries on Amex Connect.

I never got it on my supplementary Amex Amex and I have always had an online account for that card. :(

Looked for it the same time as I put the deal on the main Amex Amex card, so it was available at that time.

anyone else see that holly girl, she was on my local news going to Tesco and getting £1,164 pounds of shopping for 0, so many broken rules on 1 per person/transaction coupons, why don't we all go into store and say its for charity. No wonder my Tesco refuse even their own coupons!

Just how expensive those major supermarkets are on own label versions of stuff like this! However, Schwartz Paprikas, with various deals, CB and BMs and goodness knows whatever either may have done or may still work out cheaper? Also - paying for it:rotfl: - Rajah Paprika (100g) at 60p is cheaper by weight than the Kania product. Rajah isn't even 10% cheaper than M, according to msm. However, M not even on an offer.

The Kania Paprika is not going to make it to the L list. I think Schwartz either was or is the way to go?

I've sometimes felt, when I've had to buy a filler to get 8 items onto my shop, and the customer on the belt immediately after me has got a very good item (that I don't need but they want) that would go best against my target shop, like asking them if they'd put it into my shopping and they can pay me [10% off the competitor's price] for it! In other words, often a lot cheaper than the Mr A price they are paying.:rotfl: And then me discarding my filler and actually saving me a little bit of money there whilst still obtaining, later, the price that I'd have charged them (somewhat less than what they actually pay).

Of course I've never done it - asked them if they would mind me buying it for them, them paying me less than what it appears to cost and me then giving them their product for that cost! I've felt like asking though on a few occasions.

A couple of times I lent my Clubcard to the person in front when they didn't have one :)

    30 muller = £9 cost
    APG sees £20.40 (68x30)
    T £15 (5x£3)
    10% £1.50
    =(£20.40-£15)+£1.50
    = £6.90 return on £9 spend? £2.10 for 30? 7p each?

Twenty Muller would be a better return (if room and not enough room for 30!)?

    20 = £6 cost
    APG sees 68p x20=£13.60
    T £10.36 (3x£3 +2x68p)
    10% £1.036

    =(£13.60-£10.36)+£1.03
    = £4.27 return on £6 spend? £1.73 for 20 = 8.6p each?

    Morrisons IRN-BRU Sale inc. 4 x 500ml large cans for 50p, 2 ltr £1, 8 reg can £2

At least they catch up four days later!:wall::rotfl: This is only available in one of the four Ms I've seen (one of which is a smaller store however), so perhaps not make a special trip. At least it's not store-specific, unless they happen to have used the same store as one of mine. This does have proper SELs in the one store I have them in rather than any handwritten RTC pricing which suggests store-specific offer, so I did think this was 'nationwide' (albeit not available in all M stores - even my city store does not have these cans! I found them in one of the town stores:huh::rotfl:).

I thought there would be a rush on the excellent price Aldi Potatoes today. I need not have worried however - there was plenty of stock left for me (mid-morning). I suspect this is waiting a few days before the rest of the public generally catch on!:D:rotfl::(:( (:( as, when they do, this will make it much harder for me to ensure they are still in stock for me to buy mine!:p:rotfl:).
