SP Milk Chocolate (back after a brief - in the long-game scheme of things - absence from a.com) is now comparing against T:
5x ASDA Smart Price Milk Chocolate (100G) £1.50 £1.50
But not yet again vs M:
5x ASDA Smart Price Milk Chocolate (100G) £1.50 N/A
You don't need it! It's a tempter! You have enough Maltesers!0 -

I would have expected the loose carrot(s) - probably carrot:D - to come back with a comparison - I don't know what happened with the "N/A" one.
(:rotfl:I didn't even notice the 100g edit to the Maltesers:rotfl::rotfl: - and then I was squinting trying to read your white text:rotfl:!)0 -

I'm getting a new iron, one of those Swan one's that were on offer.
I've got a bit fed up with Xmas presents so I'm getting nothing! My choice.
More truthful to say: I've already had them in the last couple of months. Every time I wanted something, I said it was my Xmas present & my wife did the same.
We'd rather do pressies properly for the kids but all 3 of them have turned around and said they just want money
Which is easy, I suppose. If boring. So we're adding in a few fun things, but nothing like last year.
They want money.0 -
Thank you savvy, just to clarify incase you are worried that I've been "done over" by sada's (and I know you do worry about people getting shafted by the big s markets) I needed the gin for a present for this weekend so no waiting for other offers Im afraid, also the £15 offers seem to only be for the 70cl lately whereas this is 1 litre and the rest were just fillers that comp'd to get the gin at a good price but thank you for the help with the comp prices. The cereal is the only one my lovely elderly mum will/can eat so I try and get it cheap as I can as you are right it is overpriced BUT anything for my mum, anything she wants she can have and she absolutely loves a good glitch story so win win really.
I don't "worry" - if they want to pay high prices and sometimes help my wombles, good luck on them!:rotfl:
I think that's fine enough with your mum - I agree, if she wants it, she can have it. Mums are important. And it can offset by glitches - though I still feel in a way its putting money back where it came from rather than... taking it all out:D - I sometimes have to shop and buy "expensive" everyday items (not every day though:laugh:) and then moan about how much they cost! Sometimes I have to do shops with not enough items like that, and then lose odd 10%s on the odd few items here and there as just more convenient way to spend a smaller womble.
I thought you meant the Granola for a moment, but I understand you're referring to the "Just Right". On Granola, lots of the brands are very expensive - we keep being told by BBC ONE's Eat Well for Less and, invariably, they have people at least one of the family of whom likes to have the expensive branded granola packs - they usually replace it with a Value version and everyone still thinks it's the brand! It's one of the money-wasters for many people in my view. Amazing how many people can't tell when something is different or when they haven't changed it at all from one they've always had for 20 years and they still think it's been swapped for the value one (when it hasn't been). As to the cereal though, :rotfl:are you sure you can't replace it or sneak a cheaper one into the Kellogg's box next time just to see if she notices it? Obviously don't feed her anything if she has an allergy or anything, but that's a good money tip for people who always refuse to eat cereal unless it is some expensive brand.0 -

Not with that one. Don't want me paying too much attention to the weight or picking up some different 100g product in error!:D Best I just take the Maltesers Christmas Tube (that I've always known as a tube) and not look at it too much in depth or I'll be pausing and not buying a glitch at all when it turns out it would have been the correct one or else deciding to buy it anyway and then it turning out it's the wrong one! I have that Hula Hoops glitch from a while back in mind.0 -

But some were still priced @ £10 per kg.0 -
I did win a mini iPad on Shakissimo comp this summer - anybody else?
So they'll get another wee tablet.
Along with my other free ones: Blackberry Playbook, iPad air, Kindle Fire HD.
Therein lies a tale, I guess I was lucky.0
