I always add the cooked pasta to the hot sauce, not the other way around, then I can see how it goes and control the ratio as I prefer the sauce to appear relatively generous rather than just thinly coating a lot of pasta.

I've been meaning to get one for a while now.
It was only a cheap £15 one and I bought it out of a load of free amazon credit I'm still using up so all good.

You too darling. I miss you all so much (Bubbs, Tweets, QOC, yourself, IzzyB, and loads of others too whose names I have not typed out) and wish I could come on every day and check up on what has been posted etc and keep up with all your trials, tribulations and joys, but I just don't get any time anymore.
