Have you been to Arkadia? There is a lovely 'chocolate' cafe. The hot chocolate there is amazing.
The Jewish quarter brings a lot of 'stuff' home to you. I stayed at the Bristol, next to the royal palace (as did Bruce Springsteen :j:j, Maggie Thatcher and Mick Jagger). One day, I got a bus from opposite the hotel and got off at the end of the route. Ended up at a palace that looked as if it was straight out of a fairy tale. Enjoy yourselves. Bet it's freezing there, though.

Busy day today, was photographers assistant at DGD's Christmas fair, taking the pics of Father Christmas and the children. Then stocked up on some wine. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: It helped to keep my mind slightly off of this day a year ago. :(

The nursing care home that my Dad is in have asked me to complete an end of life plan for him. Difficult decisions/choices to make.:(

    Sorry to hear this MKS:o

But at least you do have a say and you can put him right at the centre of his plan rather than have decisions made by people who know nothing about him. A very difficult time for you.........again:o

So annoying that the nightwear I bought last week in M&S at 20% off is now down to 30% off:o
TM, if you didn't wear nightwear, it would be 100% off. :p
