Pringles Salt & Vinegar picking up £2 M price:( on a shop, not my shop:D, done just over 2 hours ago. We may be on Monday or we may have moved to Wednesday (was the N/A Cathedral Cheese earlier a clue?:think:). The same useless price (and 2 for £3) was on the SELs in my store on Wednesday even though they had them with the offer pricing out right at the front of the store.

I went N/A on that Soreen Malt Loaf this week - they've gone N/A too.

I ordered something on 13th Nov and it was supposed to be at my local on 17th after 3pm. I got a text at 3.30 on the 17th telling me it would be delayed. I had emailed them before the text, I got an answer to that email only today telling me they were experiencing delays and it hadn't been dispatched. I could see that myself from my account. I have a £10 GC on the way. If it's not here by tomorrow (and it won't be because it still hasn't been dispatched) I will be in touch with them again a whole week after it was supposed to arrive. If they give me another gift card.....fine. it's not an item I'm desperate for. these delays must be costing them a fortune!

I didn't rant and rave in my emails. Just a nice polite email saying how disappointed I am

Seems like a good price for breakdown, although I have never heard of the company, so do your research, (as I am going to do tonmorrow.)

So true. I found this out recently with tesco wine and a box of mystery fizz. I'm really not one to complain about these as the thrill of what's inside is what's it's about for me. BUT I drew the line at having only one bottle of champers included :eek: I spoke to a lovely young man who I told I was always very happy with my mystery cases. He told me that as the offer wasn't on at the time I got my delivery, I couldn't have a replacement so I could send the whole case back or have a £15 partial refund.
As I'd used a £10 off and the £6 delivery saver code I took the £15 off........after all why would I send the one bottle of fizz I did get back when it was Moët and Chandon imperial Brut Rose (£40)

Best case of £19 wine I've ever had the other 5 bottles were good for fizzy wines. I just didn't get my 3 bottles of champers
