As somebody who knows whisky (trust me, professionally) - the Black Label is excellent quality at excellent price.

Is everyone else's mailbox pinging with Black Friday Deals?

Just had a £5 off when you spend £25 with Jack Daniel on line. Some lovely gifts but £65 to spend for free delivery:o

its only been that for the last 2 weeks....and in honesty its usually around £25 a week but I'm happy with what I spend and considering I already have christmas sorted one way or another I'm really not complaining.

We average about £40 a week and that's for 2 of us but I never get any end if the day reductions, never get glitch things, rarely get clearance things very few MOcs, just a few cashback items and most of the shopping I do now in Aldi

Thankyou, I am worried, I wont lie, he is making out all is ok, but I think men just do.

His appointment for a pre med op came through today, god that was quick :(

I am in pain aswell today, had to come home early from work this morning, have booked in to see a chiropractor tomorrow, really struggling with my arm and shoulders.

Glad all was ok at the hospital with you today, all the best it is a worrying time.

Getting the appointment for pre med op through quickly is good Sarah, it does not stop you from worrying but the hospital are on the ball at least.

One thing Sarah, the more you worry the more your body theses up causing you more pain. Easier said than done, I know especially when you already suffer but you need to try and relax a little. A warm bath before bed helps sometimes. You will still worry but your joints need the relaxation. My thoughts are with you both x
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

See you all at some point tomorrow x
