:rotfl:I went to A for the fish a lot earlier, fortunately, but that shop was now done more than 3 hours ago!

But you're right - I don't know which direction to go in. My nearest T did not stock Zero Coke:( - or at least it pretended it didn't (maybe they'd pulled it all off the shelves for all I know), so I had to drive all the way back to go to the T in the other direction:mad: that's slightly farther away. These glitches are addictive:rotfl: - and I must be mad as we've had snow:( so was travelling very slowly indeed - probably put paid to much tomorrow or any prospect of going anywhere at all (much the reason why I didn't want to go to the city centre store in the first place) but the other Extra unfortunately is the smaller one. But I found them - guy on the SS was the main guy that knew me from DTD price check (where we were getting vouchers of the value of our shop, sometimes more) and I think, secretly, he's on my side - it's the nasty woman supervisor who isn't (that had to approve the vouchers way back in the past - I had a right run-in with her one stage, where she cancelled the whole shop and put it all back into the shelf - legally you are not entitled to do that!!:mad: - the store scanned it and accepted my offer to buy - they were obliged to sell and I was obliged to pay - but she went and had put it all back, including the cooked meat in some unknown place in the shelf - no, that's not good enough, it's that specific, exact pack that I have agreed to buy and is legally mine on payment and no other replacement from the same shelf will do as I didn't buy another pack of exactly the same product that I didn't pick up - anyway she had still done it, put everything back and they didn't require me to pay - probably because they (via she) didn't want to sell it to me because she refused to accept my valid voucher - but a legally binding contract had been formed - the moment it had been scanned by the SA - to sell it to me and she was not entitled to do that - nonetheless she did and that was that - I ended empty-handed until I could spend the voucher on another shop somewhere else without her formality requirements that no other Mr T store was imposing).

Anyway, tonight, I felt like I was shoplifting:rotfl::rotfl:, even though I paid for the goods. Amazingly, I put a two of pound coins into the machine -as if the guy, who wasn't right at the SS then but was close enough, had not seen how little I paid for what I was buying. He'd been helping me each time the SS thought the items hadn't been bagged. So I put the coins in - just a couple of coins - no notes for all that lot! - and the till gave me change - and then I spent ages:mad::mad: getting the boxes of Coke, one by one, into the trolley and no-one stopped me and no-one said anything. I left the SS, felt like as if they were going to call security or the police as I left the store exit. I bet someone was amazed at what I'd paid! I just looked back round from my car, whilst loading stuff in - I'd parked near the store entrance as I could on this occasion - and saw people milling around as if they were looking at me (in truth they were probably just drunks near the store entrance) and felt like someone would come out and say "hey what are you doing?". Fortunately, no-one ever did and I'm safely home!:D:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::T

Any reason it couldn't be 10 or 20 packs of Coke?

Yes, TBG is capped at £20 so a maximum 4 packs plus fillers keeps you below the limit (assuming you don't get expensive fillers that also add to it :D) - you can always do multiple shops should you need more.

Not really, because I wasn't sweating at all. I felt no physical emotion - just wondered if someone would come out or follow me as I left the car park in my car!:rotfl: (:rotfl::rotfl:I'm laughing because of the silly cheap price I've paid for the cans of Coke.)

It was almost shoplifting (then again, I've never even found any 1p or 4p items in any T ever so I don't know what it feels like - perhaps I should experience this "nearly-shoplifting" feeling more often lol:rotfl:). Though I say it felt like that, but I've never actually shoplifted at all in my life so I don't know how it would feel. I guess the people that do it - who must sometimes be mad in my view: why pay nothing for something when you could get, as we sometimes do, for better than free:rotfl: - just seems bizarre that you would ever think of paying merely nothing - obviously they don't know and they aren't people generally who would be real knowledge about price comparison schemes I guess - I guess those that do shoplift, some of them probably actually feel nothing at all as you have to feel guilty to do that - whereas if you have no problem doing it then you don't feel the emotion. Only the people who care get bothered.

That said - tell you the truth - I did once walk - in fact it was absolutely rush and run - out of a shop without paying. It was at a railway station several decades ago - I'd picked up a map of the city I was in - and then suddenly remembered I'd put my bag down near the travel centre. Panic stations - is it still there? Where have I really left it? It had all my lunch in and I was at a city I hadn't visited before. So I dashed out out of the shop, map still in hand, to find my bag. Fortunately found it, on the floor where I'd put it down moments before - and then realised I had a map in my hand!:eek:I haven't paid for it! I actually went back to the shop, went into the shop and paid for the map and bought it (because that's what I was going to do). We people on the autistic spectrum do tend to be very honest. We don't have it in our body not to be and just can't not be. But I did leave without paying, totally in error and not realising and no-one ever had stopped me. I think lots of us must have had moments like this - but, if I think of it now, if someone had stopped me (and goodness I ran for it out of the store), then things could have been so different indeed. Indeed there's been a lot of occasions throughout my life, where things have just happened to go right, and, if something else had happened, or if someone had not accepted my explanation of something or had felt someway else, things could be a whole lot different.
