I think some of the others may compare better vs M. It's no use checking msm - none of them are on there! I think the Beer Battered Cod isn't stocked at M. They have Crispy Lemon and the Sea Salt and Black Pepper at least.0 -

Same really, but thanks for asking. So fed up of this exhaustion.
Got to go to London on Saturday for an mri scan. Bit worried how I'm going to cope bearing in mind I've not got dressed or left the house since I got home. I guess I can snooze on the way there and back.0 -

An increase in price on the KTC 5L oils at A - gone from £4 to £6 and any 2 for £10 (multis showing on a.com I'm afraid). Still straight £4 in M.0

:j Yes! The cheese glitch last year was how I found the Elite! That means I must have been reading here and glitch shopping for about a year now :beer:0 -
Had anyone found any good gift set comparisons? Anything triggering? Guessing tesco half price offer will finish soon so we're running our of time xx0

Imagine the customer at T - they're in Great Britain so covered by M comp. - puts one of these in their basket. Only other branded item is an item that, let's say, figures made up, is an item that's more than 45p more expensive at A but is cheaper at M by a few pence.
Quaker Oat So Simple Big Bowl Original (10 per pack - 385g)
£2.00 51.9p / 100g
£2.45 any 2 for £2.00
£2.45 any 2 for £4.00
£2.45
£2.45
Feels pleased when a few pence are deducted off their bill. Didn't realise that, if they'd put two of the "Big Bowl" in their basket, they'd have had an extra pack for nowt - indeed would have paid them 45p less:rotfl:.
(Of course, with A being more expensive than M, on a purchase including two "Big Bowls", and we assume the own labels don't lose out Avs M, the possibility would be that they could have worked out getting them for less still if Avs M had worked - that saving being realised on the redemption of any subsequent APG voucher against a future purchase from A.)0 -
My OH appears to be spending this afternoon in a Pitcher and Piano courtesy of the free drinks vouchers that they give out monthly...this month its some apple type cocktail which he says is quite nice but at £7.70 a go he wont be spending his own money on one...
He's been talking to the staff there and anyone who is familiar with these monthly drinks vouchers might be glad to know that they will be doing the 12 days of christmas ones for December.....
if memory serves me right the drink offers are quite good at the beginning of the 12 days (last year it might have been a free glass of prosecco )...and as the promotion goes on its more like 2 for 1 offers...
but good to look out for and register for the emails if you are near a pitcher and Piano in the next few weeks with christmas parties etc,it makes a good place to stop for a drink first!
ta for this, I wondered what sort of drink it was this month.
its a pity about the 12 days offer, like last year I will be out of the country and anyway going to Chester everyday for a free drink is slightly excessive
so its going to have to be the wine box for me instead“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Does anyone know (or can look out to see) if SP equiv. of this adjusts for weight on the APG against T - with T being 560g and A 540g? Otherwise, Avs M (if it compares against there) would work out the same as A and M are same weight as each other.
Tesco Everyday Value Brown Sauce (560g)
29p 5.2p / 100g
28p
29p
