    Depends how you define a scam - it promotes "syndicate" sites that spend a very small percentage of the money they take in on actual tickets - don't know if they pass your details on to those sites and/or if they are all run by the the same persons.

    Looks like you have to choose 6 and match the 6 drawn from the 75 numbers so the odds of winning are 1 in 201,359,550.
