How do I close my Very account?

I recently paid off my Very account before the interest free period ended, so I have no extra fees or interest to pay, and my balance is zero. I want to close the account, but can't find anywhere on the site that tells me how. I used the contact form over a week ago and got this back:

Thank you for your email requesting to close your account.

I have referred your email to another department who will look into this and contact you as soon as they have more information.

Rest assured every effort is being made to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience.

I've had nothing since. Can I send them an email requesting to close my account, or a letter, or is there some official form to complete?
