So, got a letter today telling me I was moving from Nram PLC to Nram Ltd

    According to their website:

On 30 April 2016, the assets and liabilities not included in the sale were transferred to NRAM (No.1) Limited, which continues to manage those assets but is closed to any new lending. On 18 July 2016, NRAM (No.1) Limited became known as NRAM Limited.
On 5 May 2016 Cerberus acquired NRAM plc as part of the sale completion process.

So guess that means I'm stuck with them a bit longer

You could always opt to switch lender.
  • Help......I have an nram mortgage and have extended the property by combining my flat with the upstairs flat.

I want to port my current mortgage to a new lender but am concerned that the extension will not be accepted by nram as they do not allow changes.

I am in the process of both property title deeds being merged so it will be one larger property with a small £45k mortgage. Can you forsee any problems with nram accepting this change?

NRAM don't offer new mortgages. You need to find an alternative lender.

Are both properties on the same title deed.
