Any use for apples soaked in vodka?

I've made some spiced apple vodka which is finally ready for bottling (drinking!) It seems like a shame to just chuck the apples, so any ideas on how to use them? Would they work in a crumble or something? TIA!

Personally - and I'd certainly use them in any pudding I fancied making. Crumble - yep. Fruit salad - yep. Waste not want not and it equates to using a fruit liqueur in a pudding in my book.0

I saw toffee apple bread pudding on Lorraine this morning, the vodka would give it a nice kick!0

Yep, use them in a cake or something.
I made cherry vodka one year and re-used the cherries in chocolate muffins. They were gorgeous!0 -
I would make a sponge mix and put over the top of them yum yum
4oz margarine 4 oz sugar and 4 oz Self raising flour and add 2 eggs Bake at 180 for about 30 minutes till the top is nicely brown0 -
As all above, lucy and they'd be fantastic in strudel, too.
Have you thought of putting them with grilled or roast pork? Divine, I'd say.
Have frozen strained off raspberries, there's so many to do things with, another hefty crop this year. You could freeze your apples until inclination/inspiration strikes.
