iPad Pro from John Lewis

Hi,
I'm looking to buy the iPad Pro 128GB WiFi from John Lewis with the keyboard/case and pencil when they get them in stock.
I also would like the 3 year warranty that is just under £100.
Do you think I would be able to negotiate any discount at all and if so how? I just wondered if they might offer something on the extended warranty if I pretend I don't really want it?
As I work in education I could get the iPad nearly £40 cheaper from Apple, but I want to go to John Lewis for the warranty.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
