Just noticed the mortgage offers for current account holders have gone for people who's deal is ending!
Just my luck 3 weeks before I can switch and the 1.59% (base plus 1.09%) no fee tracker has gone.

We applied yesterday to discover the same. The only incentive you get now as a Flex account holder is £250 cashback.0

I just logged on to have a look and there are lots of Flexclusive mortgage offers on there. Trackers, fixed, 2 year, 3 year, 5 year, 10 year, cashback offers, no ERC
Are you talking about something specific?0 -

Yes its the deal ending ones for existing customers. Also the flexclusives are show the same rates as the non flexclusive, but an additional cashback for new customers.0 -

10:21:53 : Consultant:I'm afraid that we no longer offer these deals.
10:22:13 : Consultant On the following deals (2, 3, 5, 10 year fixed/ 2 year tracker), we offer £250 cashback instead.
10:22:29 : Customer: is that also for deal ending customers?
10:24:48 : Consultant: The changes mean that deal ending members can now take advantage of 'Loyalty rates', rather than Cash back, sorry.0
