    Do you get interviews?
Personally, every time I'm out of work, it takes AGES to get a new one, simply because i'm the worst interviewee on the planet.
Mind goes COMPLETELY blank, and the experience is always a complete cringe-fest, lol.

I tend to try to find jobs now where no interview is necessary, or if there is one, it's more a matter of them looking at my CV for 10 seconds, and then showing me around the place of work, as opposed to being grilled!
  • I really hope that you can find yourself a suitable job i was out of work for a couple of years so i know your pain, you look good on paper but in reality because of not having recent relevant experience, and for some employers not long enough they aren't interested. It is such a shame that employers think like this. I can only wish you well on your endeavours but as someone else said, try volunteer work. Or perhaps do more agency work, if necessary in another field, if its along enough contract you will have some money, self respect and recent working experience in the very least.

    Good luck!
