Just wanted to say thanks to all the helpful brokers on here that gave me the best advice a novice could ask for.....get a broker!
He's secured me a tricky offer tonight, one that frankly I'd never get alone.
Next time I think I'm equipped to do this someone slap me....!

After this process I've literally no idea how I thought going alone was a good idea!! I've no idea how he did it but he's become a legend round here and I'll certainly never go alone again!!
He managed my regular one line emails of "any news..." without loosing his rag, he's promptly got on with the questions they've asked and replies I've given and even got the solution to a crazy pay anomalie that even I had no idea was happening! He's dealt with my application through email/FaceTime/iMessage as I work away, none of these crazy 3hr interviews!
If I can name names I'll be happy to. I'll certainly review him via the web/social media as he's been worth every penny.0
