Seen a vacancy that would be a complete change of field as a Claims Advisor for a large insurance company.
Could anyone advise skills set required? What the role is like? Any other relevant advice?

It would involve a lot of telephone calls, emails and checking documents.
So similar to a paralegal position.Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.0 -
