Lending criteria

I'm looking to remortgage soon. I'm thinking of doing it direct, possibly execution only (having used a broker for the original purchase) because my financial situation is generally simpler than it was at that time. I've even started a trial application with HSBC (but stopping before entering any personal details).
However, I'm finding it hard to establish what lending criteria apply to such mortgages - things like how many months minimum service with current employer they require, or the maximum age on expiry of the mortgage. Is there any way to find this stuff out for lenders that only lend direct without going down the whole "advised" route?

Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning

Lenders will rarely do execution only. Some do but only in certain circumstances (ie HNW customer, you work in financial services etc).
Its unlikely lenders who do not deal with brokers will display this information online. It would be a phone call I think or possibly even an appointment if they are very awkward.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
