AUNT BESSIE’S SPONSORSHIP COMPETITION: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter:

Competition open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Competition in relation to Aunt Bessie’s Sponsorship (the “Programme”) opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/auntbessies website on Monday 9 November 2015 at 17:00.
· Competition closes for entries online on Tuesday 24 November 2015 at 17:00.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within 48 (forty eight) hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
· The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms. All entrants must be contactable for 2 (two) days after Tuesday 24 November at 17:00.
· Without prejudice to clause 9.4 of ITV's General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms and Conditions, ITV, the prize provider and/or Aunt Bessie’s Limited may, at their discretion, use the winner’s personal data for broadcasting and/or social media promotions in relation to the Competition.

How to enter & cost of entry:

To enter this Competition, answer the competition entry question stated in the Programme, via:
· Online – go to www.itv.com/auntbessies and follow the instructions; up to 1 (one) entry per phone number provided. Internet charges may apply.

Prize:

There is one prize consisting of a ten-night trip for the winner and 3 (three) companions to Australia. The prize includes (for the winner and each their three companions):

• economy flight from a London airport to Sydney, Australia (flights may be indirect);
• economy flight from Sydney Airport to Gold Coast Airport, Queensland;
• economy flight from Gold Coast Airport, Queensland to a London airport (flights may be indirect);
• private return transfers from Sydney Airport to the hotel and from Gold Coast Airport, Queensland, to the hotel;
• 5 (five) nights 5* accommodation in Sydney on a bed and breakfast basis (accommodation is based on four people sharing two twin or double rooms);
• 5 (five) nights 5* accommodation in Surfers Paradise on a bed and breakfast basis (accommodation is based on four people sharing two twin or double rooms);
• Gold Coast sailing cruise departing from Mariners Cove Marina, Main Beach, Surfers Paradise, including snacks and two glasses of sparkling wine (for over 18s only). The cruise can only be taken on a date specified by the prize provider; and
• Viator Sydney Passes. Electronic or paper passes will be supplied to the winner. The passes allow access to Sea Life- Sydney Aquarium, Wild Life – Sydney, Sydney Harbour Highlights or Explorer Cruise, Sydney Tower Eye and 4D Experience and Madame Tussauds – Sydney. The value of any monetary balance of the passes may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. The passes must be used within one month of the date of issue. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize must be booked and taken up within 12 (twelve) months of winner confirmation and cannot be taken between the following dates (inclusive):

• 19 December 2015 – 04 January 2016
• 25 March 2016 -28 March 2016
• 29 August 2016

The winner must give at least six weeks notice of the date on which they wish to take the trip. Where any of the winner’s companions are aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Australia. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling part (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. Airlines will require women who are 28 (twenty eight) weeks pregnant or more to provide a fitness note from their GP/midwife in order to fly.

The prize includes basic travel insurance for the winner and their companions for the duration of the trip (subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider). The winner and/or their companion are responsible for meeting any additional costs related to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or a companion is aged 65 (sixty five) or over.

It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in Australia including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages.

The prize excludes (other than as specified above) ground transport to and from a London airport, meals and drinks excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations. Vaccinations are highly recommended when taking up the prize.
