How should I answer this (Q.3.6) because, I have made balance transfers around my cards to get the best rate and on one occassion I withdrew cash from one card to pay my bank, basically, on a Friday at 3.00pm I was told by someone from First Direct that "If I did not get my overdraft back to the agreed limit, we will close your account on Monday" My panic set in.
Q.3.6
If you have made a payment in the last 2 years to any creditor with a view to improve the creditor’s position in case you became bankrupt you must provide full details of that payment.
The trustee may apply to the court for an order restoring the position to what it would have been if the payment had not been made.
Thanks

Don't worry about that question in this case.

You were just juggling your finances to survive, as thousands/millions do in the course of events. You weren't trying to pull a fast one knowing that you were going bankrupt later.
That question is really designed to be the last chance to be honest when someone has been very very naughty.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
